Untroubled Parenting (UP) Inc. is a Saskatchewan registered charitable non-profit (that’s a mouthful!) that is currently applying to become a federal charity. We are an energy-relief organization that exists to address and prevent financial, physical and mental health challenges faced by families through establishing and operating community outreach programs for parents/caregivers and their children.

Nicole Erb
Nicole is UP Inc.’s Vice-President. She is a registered Social Worker with a passion of working with individuals, families and communities. She is a mother of a busy 5 year old and baby. Nicole has a passion for volunteering. She also believes in advocating and breaking barriers for people in Northern Saskatchewan.

Tani Hamborg
Tani is UP Inc.’s Secretary-extraordinaire. She is a momma of three grown-ups and is married to her favourite boyfriend. She is currently taking her BA in Psychology as she continues to follow the ‘nudge’. Ideas to her are like God’s candy and she believes that true success is found in being yourself.

Harleigh Hamborg
Harleigh is UP Inc.’s President. She earned her BSc in Nursing and is currently a labour + delivery and postpartum care nurse with a passion for all things women’s health. She believes that life is meant to be abundant; all you have to do is receive.

Sarah Johnson
Sarah is UP Inc.’s CEO, office admin and social media rep. A mama of five whose perinatal experiences have given her a passion for creating systems that support parents, she’s currently taking her MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience. Her days are fuelled by caffeine and passion and she firmly believes in letting an idea fail if it’s going to fail but never being your first no.

Elisha Johnson
Logo designer for our Little Red Hens keystone program and junior board member, Elisha is lovingly included here for her willingness to help and learn. Her cheerful enthusiasm is a constant reminder that you don’t have to do it all by yourself.

Morgan has been a registered social worker for almost 9 years now, and is currently employed with Evergreen Oasis. She’s a mom to one very busy little boy, and lives near Prince Albert.
